After the ceremony of establishing the Central Hydrogen Valley, at 6:00 p.m., the musical “Łaszczyńscy. In the service of humanity”. The musical was created especially for this event and tells the story of the brothers Stanisław and Bolesław Łaszczyński, who inaugurated the first electrolysis process in the Świętokrzyskie region over a hundred years ago. At the beginning of the 20th century, they mined copper ore in Miedzianka near Chęciny, and in 1902, they were among the first in the world to produce copper and zinc in the electrolysis process. The authors of the musical are outstanding creators of Polish stages: Song Theater run by the Roman Kołakowski’ Foundation and the Kielce Dance Theater. They are accompanied by contemporary and extremely inspiring artistic means in the form of modern live music, acrobats performing aerial acrobats and unique illuminations.
