Gotcheva Nadezhda

Nadezhda Gotcheva is a Research Team Leader Safety in complex sociotechnical systems in VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. She is an organizational psychologist, focusing on safety culture training, assessment and leadership development in safety-critical industries, especially the nuclear industry. She has been leading safety culture assessment and development projects in Finland and in international contexts. Dr. Gotcheva is a member of the OECD NEA Working Group on Human and Organisational Factors (WGHOF), invited safety culture expert to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and certified Foresight Practitioner (Institute for the Future, USA).
