Its potential is grounded, among other things, in the natural qualities conducive to the development of a leisure offer. An innovative nature trail has been established here embellished with a huge dose of knowledge about the world. There is also a ski, cross-country and bicycle trail with a brine graduation tower, and the region’s first all-season ice rink is currently under construction. Sports enthusiasts have at their disposal a modern Sports and Leisure Centre in Strawczynek with a track and field stadium, indoor swimming pool, mini-golf course, skate park and tennis court.

In recent years, a modern sewage treatment plant fulfilling the expectations of the 21st century, has also been built, along with a sanitary sewage system. Currently, Strawczyn commune is one of the few communes in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship to have been comprehensively sewered. The road infrastructure is also constantly being expanded, increasing the safety of pedestrians and drivers. More kindergartens and nurseries are also being built, which is of great importance for young families.
